National Quality Registry for Renal Failure (SNR)

SNR is a web-based quality registry for patients with chronic kidney failure (CKD) in Sweden and patients with less than 30 percent of normal kidney function (CKD 4+5). The aim is to monitor the development of the causes of CKD and the need for renal replacement therapy (RRT). Central components of the care and treatment of CKD and RRT are also measured, evaluated and monitored.
