Our aim with this annual report is to create an understanding of, and provide knowledge about, the action we take on employer policy issues.
We do this every year by highlighting and analysing some of the issues that we believe are of the highest priority and that form an important focus for our work. This year we highlight the issues of Pay Formation, Improving Health – Reducing Sick-Leave Related Absence, Managers in the Local Authorities and County Coucils and The ; Adjustment Agreement.
