One-stop guidance centre
Report presents three of the most common challenges across the EU when young people are about to enter labour market. These challenges are high youth unemployment rates, low level of cooperation among actors and low confidence in public institutions.
A successful method to overcome challenges is one-stop guidance centres for young people. The report names three types of centres and gives seven examples from the Flagship School to Work. Flagship is led by SALAR to increase knowledge about prevention of early school leaving and raise awareness about integration of young people in NEET situation.
Since 2016 Flagship has been an activity of SALAR´s project Plug In 2.0, financed by the ESF.
