Webinar on implementing STEM education

As part of a larger framework to support of school success and completed education, the EU Commission has presented a strategic plan for STEM education.

The strategic plan is a specific response to declining math and science results, and the growing demand for 21st century skills. Some of the member states have already adopted STEM strategies to meet these challenges and to enhance students learning and motivation.

During a webinar, hosted by the School to Work (S2W) network in April 2025, experts from Finland, Estonia and Sweden presented their initiatives, action plans and lessons learned in implementing STEAM (adding Arts) education at regional, municipal and school level.
