Paul Dixelius

Paul Dixelius is an Associate Consultant and Senior Advisor, who holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Stockholm University. Paul has more than 25 years' experience from international development co-operation and has worked in numerous projects in former Soviet republics, South-East Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. His project references encompass analyses and evaluation assignments, international development projects, election support interventions as well as capacity building in different fields of democratic governance and development.

Paul's areas of expertise are local governance, decentralisation and gender mainstreaming as well as institutional and organisational development. The analyses and research assignments have resulted in several publications including comprehensive evaluations, performance assessments, research and comparative studies as well as publications in the field of sustainable urban development.
