Marléne Hugosson is Project Manager for the Resilience in Local Governance (RESLOG) Project in Türkiye and Lebanon. She has an International Master´s degree in Political Science, Economic History and Sociology. Marléne has more than 18 years' experience in leading, coordinating, designing, and monitoring international development cooperation, humanitarian and nexus programmes and projects with international organisations and donors such as the EU, UN, Sida, FCDO, Norad and Islamic Relief in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa, with a focus on the Middle East.

Currently she is focusing on Türkiye and the MENA region, and is specialised in migration management, inclusive local governance, local economic development and public policy advocacy. Her strongest qualities, apart from thematic expertise, lies in building strong and agile teams in complex contexts.
