Hoda Saad is Programme Director of SALAR International and is mainly responsible for the development of the portfolio in the Middle East, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. She holds an MBA degree from Södertörn and Stockholm University in Sweden. Hoda has more than fourteen years of experience in international development cooperation and community development working with public, private and civil society organisations. She has extensive experience in organisational and business development as well as managing teams and leading complex change processes in various contexts.

Hoda’s areas of expertise include leadership, institutional capacity development, finance management, administrative and fiscal decentralisation, public service delivery, local democracy, peace-building and gender equality.

Her strongest qualities lies in being an adaptive and strategic leader with strong communication skills.
