Halyna Lindh
Professional profile
Halyna Lindh is Project Manager for the SALAR project in Armenia. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine, specialized in European Studies. She also studied a Master of Science in Development Studies, at Lund University, Sweden, with specialisation in International Development Cooperation.
She counts with more than 8 years’ experience of international development cooperation on support to good governance and institutional development working for Sida, UNDP and UNICEF. Halyna has worked extensively in supporting capacity development of service delivery systems in Ukraine, in particular public sector and administrative services, as well as local economic development of conflict affected regions. Prior to SALAR International she was working at Sida with capacity development programmes supporting inclusive labour markets and off grid energy solutions. In addition, Halyna managed strategic information- and communication projects as well as worked with analytical reporting on Agenda 2030.
Halyna’s area of expertise include institutional capacity development, anti-corruption management systems and tools, public procurement and grants management.
