Gunnar Andersson is a Senior Development Consultant with 23 years of international experience in individual, organizational and institutional development at local, regional and central government levels. He holds a Master’s Degree in Peace and Development Studies from Göteborg University with complementary academic studies in Ireland and China.

Gunnar has an excellent track-record of designing and leading large scale governance and capacity development programmes in complex and changing settings, including in Afghanistan, Albania, Iraq, Lebanon, Mongolia, Rwanda, Turkey and elsewhere.
