Request for Proposals: Senior Expert for Project in Armenia

SALAR International is searching for a Senior Expert to support Local-Self Governance and Decentralisation Reforms in the Republic of Armenia.

We are extending our engagement to the Republic of Armenia and are looking for an experienced Senior Expert to join our team and to be stationed in Yerevan.

As a Senior Expert you will be responsible for advising and providing technical support to an upcoming 2 year project in Armenia, and the role is specifically aimed at providing advisory services to the development of the education component of the project. The project is anticipated to take place both in Yerevan and across Armenia, and will involve close collaboration with a broad selection of stakeholders both at national and local level, municipalities and international donors. You will work in close cooperation with our Stockholm management and under the supervision of our Project Manager.

Location and duration

The contract is a 24 months full time position starting on July 1 and the position requires physical presence in the project office in Yerevan, Armenia. The role may include frequent travel. The role requires fluency in Armenian.
